No. Our diagnostic analysis, predictive intelligence models, and personalized training and nutrition protocols deliver results on their own. If enhancements are appropriate for your goals and biology, your care team will walk you through every option — but nothing is prescribed without your full understanding and consent.

We primarily work with FDA-approved therapies prescribed off-label, with demonstrated safety and efficacy profiles backed by clinical data. We take a careful, evidence-based approach to everything we prescribe — we are not a pill mill, and we don’t primarily make money by compounding medications.

Your care team ensures that anything prescribed is genuinely appropriate for you. If something isn’t right for your biology or goals, we won’t prescribe it.

We do offer experimental peptides like BPC-157 and retatrutide when available, but we clearly communicate the safety and efficacy risks involved. Your care team is transparent with you about what works and what doesn’t — we won’t put anything dangerous on our platform.

In most cases we prefer brand name and fulfill GLP-1 prescriptions directly from NovoCare or Lilly Direct.

When compounding options are available at a lower cost, we may offer them provided the formulations have been proven safe without additional modifications.

We do not compound oral GLP-1 tablets without SNAC — they are not bioavailable. We will not prescribe you compounds that don’t work.

Legally, we can’t. Our provider network can prescribe testosterone at replacement doses, and we use validated growth hormone secretagogues as an alternative to growth hormone.

That said, our care team and predictive models understand how anabolic compounds work and how they interact with your protocols. We take a harm-reduction approach — we won’t shame you for using them. We’ll make sure you get the appropriate testing and monitoring to protect your health, and flag risks when needed, even if we can’t prescribe these compounds directly.

You can import your existing results directly into the platform — we’ll use them as part of your diagnostic analysis. Your testing credit will still be available and can be used later when you’re ready for updated labs. The program costs the same either way.

We don’t prescribe enhancement protocols unless there’s a clear need for it. If you’re under 25, in most cases you won’t need any prescribed therapies. However, we take everything on a case-by-case basis and personalize guidance to your exact needs.

Our predictive intelligence models, training & nutrition protocols, and diagnostic analysis will all still help us engineer your peak form even if we don’t prescribe medications.

Our providers can prescribe nationwide. However, we may not be able to fulfill certain medications or formulations in some states due to pharmacy and regulatory restrictions. We work with you 1:1 to find the best options.

Blood work is available in all states except New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. We are expanding there soon.

We partner with multiple DEXA scanning companies to offer DEXA scans at 150+ locations nationwide.

During your onboarding, you will see an up-to-date map to see if scans are available near you. If not, we won’t charge you for a DEXA scan. However, you can get a DEXA scan anywhere and upload it to our portal.
